Refund Policy

At Aevr Studio, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for services and digital products.
1. Service-Based Projects (e.g., Development, Design)
- Refunds are not guaranteed once a project has commenced.
- Partial refunds may be considered based on the percentage of work completed, minus administrative or transaction fees.
- Project discovery or planning sessions are non-refundable.
2. Digital Products & Subscriptions
All sales are final. Refunds are only issued under these circumstances:
- You were billed in error.
- You were unable to access the product due to technical issues on our end.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to be considered.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, email billing@aevr.space with:
- Full name and contact information
- Order ID or transaction reference
- Reason for your request
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Aevr Studio reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
